Vintage Otagari 1980 Town Row House Ceramic Cannister, House Cookie Jar

This beautiful ceramic cannister was made by Otagari in their 1980 series and features a detailed two story row house with front, side, and back windows and doors, and a roof lid that opens up to a spacious storage area.
It measures 7" tall, 4 1/2" wide, and 3 1/4" deep. It's in excellent vintage condition with no cracks or crazing, and one small chip on the front upper window corner as pictured. The inside is clean and the paint in tact. Note that the siding color is a light avocado green though it may look more tan in some of the photos.
It would make the perfect housewarming gift for a new homeowner!
