These striking vintage footed scalloped dessert coupes were made by L. E. Smith Glass in their Mt. Pleasant Black Amethyst pattern produced from 1925-1934. They feature scalloped edges, and have a 4 ounce capacity. A classic example of elegant depression glass, the color appears black but is actually a very deep dark red.
Measuring 3 7/8" tall and 4 1/4" wide, they are in good vintage condition with no chips, or cracks, **however they do have some scratches on the insides of the bowls as pictured and are priced accordingly. Please see all photos for condition details. You will receive all four coupes.
Please note that vintage and hand blown glass pieces may have manufacturing flaws such as air bubbles, seams, pontil marks, and other imperfections. These anomalies are not considered damage as they are inherent to the methods and/or the time period in which they were made.
