This gorgeous clear pressed glass large covered sugar bowl and creamer set was made by Indiana Glass in their Star Band pattern sometime between 1907 and 1913. They glow a beautiful shade of green under ultra violet light due to their manganese content, which was a common clear agent in glass made before 1930.
The sugar bowl measures 6.5" wide, 6.75" high with the lid, and 4.5" high without it.
The creamer measures 5.5" wide, 4.75" high, and 3.25" across, with a generous 12 ounce capacity
Both are in excellent vintage condition, with no cracks or chips, and few wear marks.
Please note that vintage and hand blown glass pieces may have manufacturing flaws such as air bubbles, seams, pontil marks, and other imperfections. These anomalies are not considered damage as they are inherent to the methods and/or the time period in which they were made.
